003-1209

xeed (home - myspace) is a dj of a younger generation, growing up in a time where electronic music wasn't a novelty any more. he made his way from hardcore rave to trance and over techno to house and minimalistic beats ...finally to dubtechno. why? you know. in this radio show, xeed shows us his vision of good eletronic music that is of course not necessarily dubtechno. anyway, it was a particular deepness that came to our attention when we got to know some of his sets. it made us greedy for more. check his website and find  a couple of teasers - xeed is also producing under his civil name fabian schinzel!

Wow, thanx man for opening my ears to the sound of, as you say, "monotone techno still being produced today"... I heard Function a bit and some similar stuff in Marcel Dettmann sets, but as a whole I was a little bit hesitating about this dark spacey Berghainy mood... Not anymore! Really powerful and kinda meditative (in a special way)!

Also enjoyed Xeed's dubtech section very much, and the first part of the housey block (Get Physical and on from that was not my cup of tea though). Big up!
